He was an incredibly knowledgeable guy, honest, kind, and very thoughtful (and patient) to help educate me on the various conditions of the house as he was working through it. He was very thorough in his inspection, with strong attention to detail, and the report came back to me in less than 24 hours with very clear outlined conclusions with plenty of pictures for guidance. Based on an earlier experience with Enlighten, I hired them to complete a post-installation inspection of recently installed vinyl siding. The inspector was courteous and detailed in his review of the new siding. As a consequence, the surprised installer is coming out next week to re-do parts of the installation.
