Dave was the MAN. He not only helped us inspect our house within the same week of request, but took all the time we asked for in walking us through every detail he was finding. Based on an earlier experience with Enlighten, I hired them to complete a post-installation inspection of recently installed vinyl siding. The inspector was courteous and detailed in his review of the new siding. As a consequence, the surprised installer is coming out next week to re-do parts of the installation.

We got cleared for a pre-inspection on a hot property and Enlighten was able to get someone out there the very next morning! Tyler was incredibly thorough, especially for a pre-inspection, getting through everything you'd want to look over on a property (1600 sqft). He walked the roof. He also immediately recognized Transite (asbestos cement) sub slab duct work in the home and alerted us to the hazard and additional cost, which helped us draft our offer. He understood we were first time home buyers and talked through everything he was doing. He answered all of my questions easily. The online portal to sign documents and pay was also very convenient and easy to use. I would use Enlighten again and recommend them to anyone!
