He is licensed in VA, MD, and is an ASHI-certified inspector. Isaac is the President of NOVA-ASHI, where he is committed to raising the standard in residential and commercial property inspections for all inspectors in the DC area. When not performing home inspections, Isaac invests in long-term buy-and-hold real estate. Isaac lives and breathes real estate, as it has been an integral part of his family for generations.

Isaac Kieffer
Dave loves investigating houses and has been inspecting them in the DC area for over a decade. His interest began with construction, spending six years volunteering with Habitat for Humanity while working as a career firefighter, and later moving to the Gulf Coast to rebuild homes destroyed by Hurricane Katrina. Integrity and professionalism are important to him, and Dave conducts inspections with the care and detail he would give his own family. Dave is a Northern Virginia native and a Virginia Tech Hokie. He and his wife are active in their church and community, and they enjoy running and biking while also staying busy with homeschooling and major house renovations.

Adam joined Enlighten Inspections in 2017. Before moving to DC, Adam lived in St. Louis and was a general contractor for 5 years after working as a carpenter for 10 years. Clients regularly let us know that they are impressed with Adam’s professionalism and attention to detail. He is patient and excellent at answering technical questions. When Adam is not performing inspections, he is likely working on gut renovating his own property. Adam has been an expert witness and has a vast knowledge of best building practices.

Tyler is a Northern Virginia native—born and raised. He is a kinesiology graduate from James Madison University. After experiencing a house fire as a child, he strives to help create a safe living environment for homebuyers. Tyler is experienced in the HVAC industry as well as in personal home remodeling projects.

After attending college to study hospitality, Gregory worked in the hospitality industry for over 8 years, achieving a management position. He really enjoys inspecting and uses his broad experience with hotels, home maintenance, and remodeling projects to bring a new perspective to the job. He is optimistic when pursuing goals and loves helping others accomplish theirs. Gregory is a Northern Virginia native who enjoys a variety of activities, as well as spending time with his family and friends.

Sarah is a D.C. area native who has been working for Enlighten Inspections since the spring of 2020. After receiving her Master's degree in Australia, she returned to the U.S. and began a career in non-profit fundraising. She then decided to stay at home and care for her two children as her family moved frequently due to military life. She is happy to be back in the D.C. area and is thrilled to be a part of the Enlighten team!

Victoria joined Enlighten in December, 2024. She is a recent graduate from Carleton College, with a B.A. in English and a minor in Cognitive Science. Victoria hails from Gilbert, Arizona.

After a successful 10-year career as a paralegal, Christina took some time away from the workforce to focus on her family and raise her daughter. She is now thrilled to return to her professional roots and join the Enlighten Inspections team as an Office Manager. Christina’s legal background has given her a keen eye for detail and a commitment to clear communication, making her a perfect fit for scheduling your inspections and helping you navigate the home inspection process. Outside of the office, Christina is a creative at heart with a passion for film, photography, and social media. She is excited to bring her diverse skill set and fresh perspective to the team to help Enlighten continue to grow and connect with the community!

After spending 17 years in the nuclear industry managing large-scale projects and implementing innovative solutions, he now helps businesses streamline operations and develop effective systems. When not consulting, Nick invests in real estate and enjoys developing new business ideas. He lives in LeClaire, Iowa, and is passionate about helping organizations achieve their goals through improved processes and accountability systems.
